Maxigumee

Last Sunday, Elaina, Adrienne, Amyel and I went to one of our school’s drawing class rooms to work on our Photo and Film final projects. Elaina and I had been looking for a nude model for quite a while, just so we’d have something a little different to photograph, and we were happy to have our friend Amyel volunteer. We came up with the concept in a few minutes and took about two rolls of film each.

I must say that had this been about four months ago, it would have been totally awkward to take pictures of a naked person. However, after several weeks of drawing class and seeing a naked model almost every time, one kind of gets used to it. The drawing room had some great lights above the model stand that we shot on and it created some really cool lighting effects in the photographs. (Just a warning: These pictures aren’t exactly safe for work, so don’t view them anywhere you don’t want people to see them.)
