Okay, I’m not really depressed, it’s more like the house is depressed. I think winter or the constant being indoors is getting to my family, or at least to me. It is rather irritating having my father inside all the time, cluttering the space. In the summer he gives tours of the city, but in the winter, he basically stays inside (at his office when it’s not freezing, pigging up our house when it is freezing) in the winter designing mailing notices, etc. for his organization. He should go into the graphic design business, it probably pays better.
Anyway, back to this whole house-depression thing. My room is really messy! And that’s really not like me at all. I’m usually a total neat-freak. On top of my room being messy, the whole house is messy! There’s dust under shelves, dried up melted snow and dirt on the floors, and goops of melted ice cream on the counter. It’s disgusting! I had a mini panic attack when my sister had a friend come over tonight to sleep over at this pigsty.
Any-who, our DSL self installation kit came on like Thursday, and today, I got a call that said our DSL service was ready! Basically what I’ve been doing for the last few hours was watching movie trailers that would have otherwise taken more time to load. (Yay!)
